Ochheuteal beach

Ochheuteal beach is Sihanoukville's most busy beachstretch with lots of shacks (restaurants & bars ) right on the beach and a bunch of hotel & restaurants right on the 3 parallel roads behind it. Sihanoukville's party and nightlive is just a short 500m walk or tuk tuk ride up to the golden lion stretch.
In the year 2010 all the beachshack have been relocated 10m back from the beach and a walking zone in front of all has been built. Whatever mistakes government does in Cambodia, this reconstrution of the whole beach with it's proper toilets behind was a well done job and Ochheuteal beach still has his charme but now with a proper walkway, toilets and kitchen.
